Thank you for your interest in starting a new ministry or continuing a ministry. As we strive to be an Evangelization-forward parish, it is important that all of our ministries, groups, and events exist to further our Parish mission: To encounter, experience, and share the transformative love of Jesus Christ. We must always strive to be an outward-facing, invitational church.

Please take some time to prayerfully fill out the form below. This is not to serve as an application, but rather a way for you to think through all the details of the ministry you are hoping to start. We will be in touch to help ensure that your ministry meets all the benchmarks of our parish mission and evangelization plans set forth by the commission. It is our hope that by working with different groups we can have a healthy and thriving ministry! This process usually takes 10-14 business days. Please be patient.
