The Our Lady of Hope Care Team Ministry was formed to fill a need, to try to make sure as many of our fellow parish members feel loved and supported. This is especially important during times of stress or grief. Our team sends cards, makes supportive phone calls, and visits those who could use some face-to-face contact. For more information, contact the parish office at 425-349-7014.
The goals of this ministry include: Identify homebound parishioners who desire the Eucharist, better identify those in need of other parish services including Confession, Anointing of the Sick, St. Vincent de Paul, Care Team, and others, and build greater awarness in our parish of the homebound's need for support and prayer. Volunteers bring the Eucharist to those who are unable to attend Mass and visit private homes and retirement communities. An Extraordinary Minister must be fully initiated as a member of the Church (having received the Sacrament of Baptism, First Communion, and Confirmation) This ministry is extremely spiritual and personally fulfilling. For more information, contact the parish office at 425-349-7014.

Young Families Need You … Is the Holy Spirit calling you to walk with them? Our Lady of Hope PREPARES Program, Needs You as a Direct Volunteer for Families in Need!
One of the greatest gifts we can give is of ourselves, to walk with another in need … PREPARES Pregnancy and Parenting Support’s main goal is to encounter and engage with all types of families and support them along their early parenting journey. What does being a “direct volunteer” look like?
Filling out an application, reference check, background check, and receiving initial training. Being matched with a family in need, & texting word of support to a scared first time mom, or driving supplies to a mom who does not have any transportation.
The need is great, but the reward of volunteering and helping to create stable, loving families, is far greater.
